How We Lead

Guided By Shared Values

While every Keller Williams market center develops its own culture and leadership style, we are united by a common mission and set of beliefs. These values have guided Keller Williams associates for decades and serve as the foundation for how we approach relationships, business, leadership, and service.

Our Beliefs

More Than Colleagues. A Community.

At Keller Williams Edina, we believe no one should have to face life's unexpected challenges alone. Through our MC Cares Fund, agents come together to support fellow agents during times of hardship, creating a culture where generosity, compassion, and community extend far beyond the workplace.

Funded by voluntary contributions from agents, MC Cares provides financial assistance for unexpected situations such as medical expenses, funeral costs, home emergencies, vehicle repairs, and other significant hardships.

Since 2023, more than $30,000 has been distributed to agents in need!

After going through one of the roughest times of my life with my mother passing away, I felt seemingly helpless with funeral costs and bills eating away at my finances. The MC Cares fund really helped my family out. The term “family” gets thrown around a lot by companies, but with the donations, genuine condolences, care, and help given, it’s truly cemented here!

Serving The Communities That Support Us: KW RED Day

RED Day is KW’s annual day of giving back. Across the country and worldwide, agents, leaders, and associates step away from their daily business duties and venture out into their communities to give back.

Each year, KW Edina closes for a day so agents and leadership can step away from business and focus entirely on serving others. Through volunteer projects, community partnerships, and acts of service, we come together to support the people and organizations that make our communities stronger.

RED Day stands for Renewing, Energizing, and Donating, but for us, it represents something even deeper: a belief that success is most meaningful when it creates a positive impact beyond ourselves. It is one of the many ways we live out our commitment to service, generosity, and community every year.
