STEP 1 · COMPLETE YOUR PRELICENSING EDUCATION & EXAMS, AND SEND US THE CERTIFICATES
In order for us to submit your License Application, you will need to provide the following:

- Copies of your 3 Course Completion Certificates for 90 hours of pre-license education (Salesperson Courses I, II & III)
- Proof of passing results for the 2-part Salesperson Exam

STEP 2 · COMPLETE YOUR KW PAPERWORK
This will include your License Application, MAR Membership Application, payment information & authorization, W9 & Independent Contractor Agreement.
This will take approximately 15 minutes. Please plan on completing it in one sitting so you don't risk losing your progress.

ONCE PAPERWORK IS COMPLETED, YOUR LICENSE APPLICATION WILL BE SUBMITTED. IT TAKES 7-10 DAYS FOR YOUR LICENSE TO BE APPROVED.

STEP 3 · CREATE YOUR KW SYSTEM ACCOUNT
Once we receive your completed paperwork, be on the lookout! You will recieve an email inviting you to Join Keller Williams Edina from [email protected] (Subject: KW Invitation!) with a link to the KW Joining Portal. From there, you will be guided through a simple account setup process to create your new KW profile, set up your login information, learn more about KW culture, name a sponsor, enroll as a new agent at Keller Williams Edina.
As soon as you complete the process, you will be able to immediately login to your agent account on KW Command.

STEP 4 · CREATE YOUR KW EMAIL
Once you create your KW System Account in step 3, you will be able to create your very own @kw.com email address.
Log on to http://mykw.kw.com. This should prompt you to create your new KW email address. You will have the option to choose one of their pre-made suggestions, or create your own.
