2023 November Plank challenge

The 3rd Annual Plank Challenge starts November 1st!
The Plank Challenge is a way for us to spread gratitude in our community by raising money for charities. Don't miss your chance to join!

How does it work?

1. Plankers pay $30 to participate in the challenge.
2. Each planker nominates their favorite charity.
3. You'll plank every day to stay eligible to win (starting at 20 seconds, and increasing incrementally up to 4 minutes- download the guide below to see the full plank schedule).
4. At the end, the winning plankers will decide which charity they want their amount to go to- ALL funds raised are donated!
